I conversed with a company representative who suggested a couple of briefs for me to try, and sent me free samples (received the same week). I was very satisfied with the response, so when I needed to try a variety of adult briefs, their variety pack was the answer. Great price, fantastic selection from value products (plastic crinkle, low absorption, product bunches when wet), to high quality (nearly silent with nothing over it, lasts a 10 hour day, holds its shape). Prices are comparable to other internet sources. Staff is responsive, friendly.

Over the years I've had to adjust both the product I use and the length of time between deliveries. HDIS has always replied promptly, made adjustments, made recommendations and followed through exactly. What more can you ask? Great company, and a great experience.

I have been with HDIS for some years now. At one point i switched to alegro medical because they had a better price on something i wanted to try. When i had an issue there the representative had a tone in her voice that said she couldn't care less. It was at that point i came back to HDIS. I have only had a need to call them once or twice, but when i call i'm always treated like i matter. Thx HDIS.

I have been a customer for five years now and I have never had a bad experience with tem. They are so helpful when you need help and when you order they don't try to push a bunch of stuff on you that you don't want. Love this company
