Several years ago, I purchased a 9.5X16 Thermipaq. I have only used the product for cold therapy. I was impressed with the products' ability to conform to the injured area. However, because of the narrow thickness of the media, the Thermipaq will only deliver therapudic cold for only about 25 minutes. Last week I placed a new order for the same product. This new order was to allow more therapudic time to the injury.

Way too expensive and am canceling my account.

When I ordered it said 24/case. When products are packaged in a package, I was under the assumption that the number of packages were the number included in the case, not individual product. I can order incontinence products that my dad needs for half the price elsewhere. I will not be ordering from HDIS again.

I just received the order The first ones I tried are definitely softer than Depends. I am questioning the padding yet It seems to get lumpy quickly. I will continue to use and get back with a comment. Satisfied to this point.

I am happy with the service I have received from HDIS.

I am obese and have a hard time finding the correct size in a store or their websites as I need XXL. HDIS stocks this size and they fit perfectly. I will definitely order from HDIS again.
