The folks at HDIS are great. I started buying panties for my mom at this site when it became harder to buy her size and a brand she likes at the store. The panties have always been on time and they are terrific at helping you make decisions and when you have to change your orders. You couldn't ask for a better company to deal with.

I have tried HDIS a number of times. Like the product. Lives up to the advertisement. Prices compare to what is in store. I am not really happy with the amount of time it takes between when I order and when the product arrives. I try to order before my supply gets too low, but usually have to go to store to get another product before my order arrives. What is the normal delivery time?

I placed an order with HDIS on 11/30. I never received a confirmation that my order had shipped so called on 12/7 to check on it and was told it had been shipped and I would receive on 12/9. 12/9 came and went with no delivery so I called again in the afternoon of 12/10 and was told I would receive on 12/11, which I finally did. The product was a good value and in HDIS' defense, everyone has been having problems with UPS and FedEx, so the delay was most likely their fault and not HDIS. I am accustomed to a merchant sending out email notification when an order has shipped, which HDIS did not do, and I thought was not a great business practice, but the said they were having problems with their email. I will probably order from them again after the holiday season, and hope that all goes more smoothly the next time.
