HDIS has an excellent staff...always ready to discuss the needs of their customers and to make recommendations for products. Prices are reasonable and the products are excellent.

HDIS is a real godsend, Service is always fast convenient and reliable. There is no need for trips to the store for needed products as hey are delivered automatically on preselected schedule if desired.. Order comes in discreet plain box. When necessary there is always a well informed employee available to give advise. I have been a customer for a couple years and am very satisfied with the service.

shipping time too long but product was very good

I was made to think this was a real deal on a case of depends underwear for men, only to find out that it is almost twice as much (and that included free shipping!) as I can get them for locally.

Best customer service. Price couldn't be beat. ( Did my research. ) Excellent quality. So pleased- ordered 6 more. Received 6th free PLUS was able to apply a coupon too! Awesome!

this is a very helpful organization. The only problem I had was with the delivery service, Fed-X, I cannot lift the packages to get them up 15 floors to the apartment. HDIS began putting a note on the packages asking the driver to leave packages in front of the apt. door. This has worked out well. Yes there is an elevator! Fed-X has a dispute with the coop regarding the absence of a doorman at this building. The delivery services leave most packages on the lobby floor at the moment.
