I had a wonderful experience from an order I placed with Macy's in L.A. I was promised delivery to my hotel before I would leave L.A. and go back home to Toronto. They came through and the package came right to my room! I was so excited as I was not sure if the sales person would come through for me. What I ordered was on sale and the price for delivery was higher than the purchase. The lady waived the delivery charge and to my amazement it all came through. It is a gift to my husband and he will flip out. This was also a cute story to share when I got home. Thanks so very much. Pamela Tishler
