I'm a 1st time customer and I did my order on line.It was very easy and quick to do.And I'm impressed with their Web site and how easy it was to find what I wanted to order.And how fast they shipped the item I ordered.They stay in communication with you and I even had a way to track my order and that way I knew exactly what day my order was going to be delivered to my home. I will be order from this store again.

I made a large purchase of diapers and when they arrived, I realized I ordered the wrong type. I called Customer Service and they were so helpful and accommodating, that I was amazed. They straightened everything out for me. I really appreciate that kind of service and would recommend your company to anyone!

I purchased a Interdry AG from seller HDIS and they sent wrong item that was advertised .When i contacted seller in advertisement mistake they ignored email.Then i contacted them on returned and for three weeks i waited for refund and no refund .I email seller today and request refund or i would contact amazon....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

The products came so quickly and at a reasonable price.

I ordered 3 of the SaniPants in size medium. The order arrived with 3 size large. I called HDIS customer service. The agent, Amber, apologized and said she would send the replacements and all I had to do was put the wrong ones back in the box and the FedEx driver would pick them up when he dropped off the right ones. She also said she would ship them second day so I would have them in time for the trip we were leaving on. She was very pleasant and took care of my concerns quickly and easily. I am very impressed with the great service I received. Thanks, Amber!
