The product was great, however, it took way too long to arrive.

I was using Amazon but find they do not always have the 2 products I need for my mother. Both times I have used HDIS they had what I needed, the packages arrived on time, and the costs were comparable also.

I have been ordering different products from HDIS a long time and I have always been satisfied.

The products I have received to date from HDIS have been absolutely great. The products were shipped exactly as stated by HDIS, and I have been very pleased with all of the products they have offered. The products ship super fast, and I really appreciate that as well. The quality of the products I have received and used have met all of my expectations. I have continued to order and will continue to order from this company, so my actions speak loud and clear.

I needed a supplier of incontinent products for my parents. They had progressed from "protective" to tabbed briefs. My warehouse clubs couldn't fulfill these needs so I went exploring. HDIS was at the top of the search results, and I am glad I didn't have to look very far. The selection is pretty impressive, and I found the prices very competitive to downright market leader. I just need to confirm that the product I selected will work. My only critique is that I needed to track the order, and I only received one email giving me a tracking ID. When you consider I get marketing emails about every other day, I think at least a progress email on the delivery status wouldn't be so bad. Overall a good service for the money.

I found this sight looking for a product I have a hard time finding in local stores. Ordering it in bulk and a price less than local stores plus quick arrival made this definitely something I will do again. Thanks for great products and quick service!
