YOU ARE SO HELPFULL I CAN'T SAY MUCH MORE THAN GREAT JOB KEEP IT UP !

HDIS has helped us cut down on the monthly expenses that we incur for our Mother who is in a skilled nursing home. A friend told me about them and I'm so glad she did!

Shipping was very fast. BUT ship to and billing address where different on invoice, the shipping was verified by them and they sent order to billing address anyway. Reordered to be sent to ship to address which was verified with customer service and still left out lot number of address.

I love that they have variety packs that we could try all the available bladder pads since we don't know what kind we need. We actually use them for our old dogs inside their washable diapers.

My 1st order came much later than I expected. ie: I expected w/ in 3 or 4 days......it took 10! Once my package came, it was very disappointedly wrapped, w/ one piece of tape that was "barely" hanging on. Fortunately, none of the contents were damaged.

I've been using HDIS for a couple of years now and have always been satisfied with product selection and service.
