I have been having problems with wetting my pants for years. As I gotten older pads have no longer worked. They leak. Seems like daily I was having to change my cloths because I wet them just rushing to the bathroom. Night time was the worst. Even though the bathroom is just a few yards away I was peeing down my legs and on the floor. I am a larger lady and have tried some samples of store diapers. They didn't fit and I didn't know what to do. Then I got a free sample in the mail from HDIS. The sample was 2 briefs button style. They are a life saver. They fit, are comfortable and best of all no leaks,

Had a problem with my order and received excellent service in solving the problem. Cynthia went above and beyond.

I realize you can't compete with retailers . But when price is more than double , I can no longer be an hdis customer. I know you could do better to help senior citizens like me . You can take me and people I know off of your contact list ...

Being able to choose from a sample pack and fill in a sheet with how the product performed to my body specifications more than helped me feel protected, fresh and feminine. Being able to speak with a person who knows my needs and concerns and has empathy for my unique needs sells the product. The array of products sent and the prices cement the fact I will buy from HDIS.
