One flap on the top of the box was not sealed by the tape, leaving the box open. Whoever put the tape on the box put it on more diagonally thereby missing one flap. Otherwise the complete products were all there, and I like them. Security of purchase items is extremely important to me.

I pay almost $80 a month for a case of pads and each package has at least 3 or 4 pads with little or no padding.

I always order the same item, but unbeknownst to me HDIS did not offer the same items on my mobile phone, so I ordered the wrong item and even opened it when it came. So I could not even send it back. That set me back $43.00 for the month which is very hard on a fixed income, so needless to say I am not happy. I am thinking of changing to a new company because I cannot afford problems like this.

the staff member was quite kind and helpful. I had used chat and was assured that the product I ordered was "good". IT DID NOT WORK...I looked at the invoice and it was the incorrect product. the staff member overnighted the correct product to me, I am waiting, I hope it is the right one. She was kind and quite sympathetic.

No problems, I ordered and it was sent . Isn't that how it's supposed to be? Thank you. I will be ordering again.
