I have ordered several times and never had a problem.

Some of the prices are a little high but they have everything! Shipping is on time and having it come to the door (if my postman doesn't try jamming it in my box) is terrific. Having to talk to a representative has always been a pleasant experience. The automatic reorder feature is a great feature knowing my product will be sent without my having to call it in. Thanks to this company.

I didn't realize how much having overnight protection would mean to me but I'm so happy I found HDIS. I tried the small sample pack first and really loved the underwear I ordered. I am a plus size person and the XL in the Maximum Overnight fit perfect and didn't leak. I also have tried Always Maximum overnight and they leaked a little. I now have a terrible cold and the coughing and sneezing cause a lot of leakage so am wearing the Always underwear during the day some times. Always is much cheaper but the Reassure are the best and I won't stop using them at all. Thank you HDIS for making me comfortable again.

It came faster than I expected and it was the equipment that I needed to sleep. Excellent product.

The last time I ordered something I made a mistake in the quantity I needed and could not correct the number. HDIS is very prompt with their orders and other than this mistake ( which was mine) I have no complaints.
