I Placed my order 8 days ago and still hasn't shipped. I sent an email to custcare @ hdis.com and still haven't had a response about my order. So easy to take the money but a different story trying to get support.

It is now expected that my order will not arrive for another week, despite having ordered it over a week ago. The delivery date has now changed 3 times.

Grateful for the sample pack because I just didn't know what would work for me. Ordering is easy and someone always "pops up" if you need help.

i must order earlier. i guess i am used to amazon where items comes almost the day after. mary

Always have good Delivery Service

The products were a good quality. I wish they had shipped a little faster. I really liked the way they mailed a paper invoice after I received the items. It will be useful for my records.
