Timely delivery, plain boxed merchandise orders always correct

Got a sinus infection that lasted almost a month. The coughing really took over, still sound like a frog. But the nighttime underwear saved me from having to do LOTS of laundry. Thanks for being there. The online ordering is great and fast when needed the most.

Came in without fanfare (just like we like it) but I thought it was a 2 part system and only got 1 part? Have not used yet, unsure if need 2 parts and not just 1?

The website is a bit "old/outdated" in how it works: when signing on to the homepage, there was no link for signing onto my account, the cart had my items in it, but there was no link for signing onto my account, and there was no link to add a discount code. So, I opened up a different browser (Firefox) to access HDIS. After several attempts I was able to find a way to access my account so that I could just reorder regular items.
