Hi, I am a Medicaid customer and I’d like to complain about poor customer service. If you are low income, HDIS is not willing to work with you to get the products you would like. It seems they just want your Medicaid money and will send you whatever they please and if you try and call to request appropriate supplies- it irritates them and they make your next shipment even worse. This happened to me. By the third shipment, even though I had called them after each shipment in an attempt to correct the products, the last box only had 50 pads I could use and over a hundred products I cannot use. Not only this, but they continued to send me more products than I requested which is FRAUD - stealing money from the Medicaid program. Before I became ill I used to be an intake technician for SNAP and Medicaid- so I know the right people to get in contact with if the next order is also wrong. Just because a person is low income does not mean that they do not deserve customer service!!!!
