I placed an order Nov 1. Was told I would receive email notification when it shipped. I did not get the email. When I requested the shipping info I was told it would be delivered 11/6 and given a FedEx tracking #. However, the package was transferred to the USPS and I did not receive the package until 11/8. 7 days for a shipment of medical supplies from MO to WI is excessive and not something I will do again.

I had a simple order it came promptly and the order was correct.

Timeliness of orders. Don't have to have a bunch of extra supplies around. Love the convenience of home delivery.

I'm the mother of Greg. The product I bought for help with my grandson's bed-wetting leakage. Didn't know such a product existed until your customer service rep recommended it.. My grandson is a mentally challenged autistic 12year old. I am anxious to hear if it helped. Delivery was prompt. Over all, whether it helps or not I would highly recommend HDIS as excellent.
