Order was shipped fast. Great to do business with.

They say fast delivery. I guess they mean if they get it to you in 2-3 weeks its fast. I like their products but delivery time is not fast.

HDIS, I have been using your products for years and have an account there. The call in service by phone is great (customer service people). I also have found your recurring orders to be helpful. However, I am disappointed in learning that when visiting your website to consider various or new products, that my work laptop is barraged by pop-up adds, which becomes embarrassing. I am not sure if its your ads or the search engine that prompts, but bring it to your attention for the benefit of all customers. Thanks for checking into it, Matt

I tried the reassure night pads for my husband and I use those in the daytime for him. I was really surprised at how long he can wear the pad without it leaking. The pads he's used for over 10 years could leak in 3 hours and I always worried when we would go out. He's worn this pad for over 6 hours without a leak. I plan to try the booster pad on the pad also and see how long he can go with that. He has dementia so I have to go to the bathroom with him and when we travel that's sometimes impossible so I'm hoping this is the answer to our problem. Thanks HDIS for your good products.

No problems with order!

Just an issue with the price, kind of pricey for people on a fixed income.

Staff is very helpful, pleasant, and easy to talk to. If product isn't what you thought it would be it's easy to return it and try something else.
