I'm usually very happy with the service from HDIS, but this time, I received two unmarked packages, having no idea what was inside. On this order, I chose different products than usual so I was baffled. Only half my order was shipped by USPS (usually came FedEx) and when I called to find out what I'd received and why the other case had not come, I was told they were waiting for me to respond about ordering an item that they no longer carried. I had responded, but had to call to get a clarification on the products. I was told it's best to order by phone since the website gave old information. Is this how a good business is run?
