It is so great to be able to pick up the phone or turn on my computer and order whatever I need instead of standing around in a store trying to figure out where the products I need are and then having to hunt through shelves of product to find, hopefully, what I want. I have found it takes forever to peruse all the shelves and then not find what I really want and need and have to take home something that I am not sure is the right size etc. Once packages are opened I am stuck with product whether it fits or not. I have a closet full of these . Then I found HDIS and heaved a great sigh of relief knowing I will be happy with what I ordered. I started out with a phone call and a knowledgeable lady asked all the right questions and I got my first order and 2 or 3 more phone orders. I then went to my computer and have been ordering through it ever since. Thank you HDIS for being there for me.
