I’m a first time customer. I was impressed with the service provided. Less than 48 hours from ordering, my order was at my front door. Will be ordering again in the future.

I have been using Reassure underwear for several months. I find they are more absorbent than Depends, especially at night. The cloth like feel of the outer covering is more comfortable as well. I also ordered the pads to increase absorbency but found them to be Difficult to use. They have a tendency to not stick and end up wadded up or falling out the leg hole when I pull them up. They do work well in regular underwear when you are at home and can change more often. I love the Reassure cleansing washcloths. I would recommend these to others that are in the trial and error stage. They are a bit bulky in the front but they are unisex so extra padding in the front for men can be expected.
