You sent me 2 products that I requested that you previously told me on phone was not available. I was extremely upset with my phone con- versation and cancelled the original order. Also,, I think your shipping could be a bit faster.

I received my order confirmation and everything was correct. My order wasn't delivered because somehow someone keyed in the wrong street address on the delivery slip. I'm not sure if I will order again....

Every order I submit, including a standing order, ends up in my calling your customer service people to straighten out a problem. While the people in customer service are polite & do correct the problem, I find it impossible to believe how much time I have to spend on orders to your company.

Their on line site was misleading. Showed a package of 64, when the pricing was only for a pack of 10. I could have went down to Walgreens and bought 20 with change left for that price.
