Products of good quality, arrive in a timely manner just wish they didn't cost so much

So far I have been very satisfied with the service I have gotten. I have tried various products and all have been shipped in good shape and within good time frames. Still looking to determine which product will suit us best but very pleased with the array of choices and costs.

Takes too long to ship. Each time I order, it's too big, thick, for much older, much more incontinent people.

In addition to prompt and discreet delivery, their Customer Care Representatives are knowledgeable and helpful in finding appropriate solutions. I do recommend HDIS to my friends in case they ever need a service like this.

When I call, the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable always patient and can get my questions answered. Always willing to sent me a free sample or two which is amazing, as HDIS has so many great products. Free samples help me find out which products the phone staff think would help me with out me spending money on a large quantity to try something that I'm not sure would work for me
