These folks are great

Put order in on tuesday was told would b here tues or wed...called order was never provessed by consultant...called again thurs and was told would be here fri or sat..never showed again..calked again today friday and was told could be till sat...are these people aware that it is a disabled hild who needs them...freakn rediculous

I recently ordered sample packs. Its working out just great. I can find out what mom really likes and then I can order more. the service is good. online ordering is simple and easy. I get the package in a timely manner. I am so glad I saw the commercial and said this will help with moms disease, dementia. as I have to do all the thinking of what we are going to need, as this disease progresses.

One of the worst commercial websites I have ever seen. Not easy to see what products you have ordered before. Have to click on the individual order numbers to find what was ordered. No way to reorder a specific product I have ordered before. I have to go find the product in your catalog to reorder. There should be an option to "reorder" from the list on a previous order with a single "click". I will be looking for another supplier.

I had HDIS a while ago. Now I am back. I can't tell you how helpful the customer service department is. They have answered all my questions and helped me with setting up the best way to handle my circumstances. I recommended them before and am recommending them again.

I always receive medical supplies on time. I have never had a problem with incorrect items.. HDIS is a great reliable company.

Ok product; delivery was delayed due to 4th of July.
