Easy ordering on line, product was excellent value. I had to call regarding delivery date and the person I spoke with was very helpful and was able to confirm my order and date it would be delivered.

HDIS have a vast amount of affordable health care products. My orders arrive promptly and their customer service is also great.

Because I did not see measurements on the pads I ordered, what I received was much too large. Because I had opened one of the two packages, could only return the unopened one. I paid over $50 for the two packages. Despite your "full money-back guarantee" statement that if I'm not completely satisfied, I would receive a full refund or credit to my account and would not have to pay shipping, the representative I spoke to on the phone told me there is a $10 charge for the return shipping label. The most I would get in return was $16. This did not please me, and I may just cancel my next order.

Delivery was quick but prices are way more expensive than anywhere else. I can't believe overhead is so much you need to jack the prices up that high, especially during a time of crisis. These are for my grandmother who is unable to leave due to the current pandemic situation.

I appreciated getting this order quickly.
