When I clicked on the reference number, it says that our order was delivered, but we never received it. We saved for months to be able to order our items. This is so disappointing. I need to post an apology to HDIS. Apparently, our apartment complex have a series of additional post office boxes behind our regular mail boxes. Mom's order was found there, in perfect condition. Therefore, or order DID arrive intact and on time. HDIS has always been (and always will be) our favorite online store to order from. Thank you and have a great day!

Geography does not get in the way of good service. I order and pay for my purchases from my desk in NY. Purchases are shipped to my Mother in Miami, FL. We're both happy with HDIS for all our incontinence needs. Thank you.
