Please let me explain the 1-star rating. The web site is good and navigating it was easy. Checkout was a breeze. The complaint I have is with the picture you showed of one of the products I bought. The picture on your website was no where near what I received. I am unable to use this item, and I have 4 large packages of it. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. Thank you.

HDIS has been a better company for knowledge of the market and selection than Amazon.

If I could award you less than one star, I would. I placed my order on 12/29/2018, and as of today, 1/7/2019, the order is still shown as "processing", with no progress as to delivery. You have, however, taken the money from my bank account. So you have my money and I have NOTHING!
