It was very easy for me to order the items that I purchased. The website is very easy to navigate.

The box arrived damaged and open.

These seems to hold a lot of fluid. The only problem we had was when trying to get them on the person in bed they had a tendency to rip apart. Moved person on side put the diaper under one side and rolled to other side and when pulling we ripped two on the soft part of diaper. They probably work for semi mobile people where they can lift there body up somewhat, but this person cannot even lift herself enough to take the stress off of diaper.

Over the years HDIS has been consistently very prompt in their packaging and deliveries.
