Incorrect billing address
Billing address entered on site did not show on order. Shipping address was entered as billing. This was corrected after an e mail to HDIS. Otherwise service was excellent!

Item described incorrectly
Item described incorrectly. Since package is opened, it can't be returned. Won't buy from them again. Took a long time to get delivered, too.

HDIS delivers essential incontinence products with speed and efficiency.
As someone who is always on the lookout for incontinence products that are affordable and offer quality protection, HDIS is great. Their prices are fair, their incontinence counselors helpful, and their sample packs amazingly helpful. Thanks for keeping me padded and dry!

Good product that work
Second time I've bought these Sani-pants. The first time lasted a long time and really were very effective.
