Customer service was very helpful and courteous no issues at all. The issue is with the product it’s far less superior to the original product. Will not be purchasing it again.

I ordered insert refills for my Janibell Akord Slim diaper disposal container. I was able to get a small discount by ordering a twin pack of four. Even on Amazon they are usually only sold in single two packs. Plus, I was able to use a $5.00 coupon from an online coupon site. I did have to pay an ordering process fee, but even so I paid less by ordering through HDIS. The inserts arrived a little later than I expected, but I did not need them right away, so it did not matter.
