Overall the program was informative and the facilitator was engaging kept the class engaged. Some data provided was outdated which I felt in our current environment having recent data at least past years with covid would have been more relevant. The pre-work was also included in the registration confirmation which I didn't realize and put me at a disadvantage in being prepared for day one. This would be better provided separately as a follow-up to the registration confirmation.

Fantastic content and I loved how the topics were navigated by building on each other. I learned a great deal! I appreciated the opportunity to learn best practices from a facilitator that was a wealth of knowledge and learning from attendees during breakouts was phenomenal. I did wonder if classes could be a bit larger to maximize learning from others. Another improvement request is for the slides to get a makeover as the content was a bit fuzzy about 50% of the time. Overall, excellent experience and I would recommend to others!

Relevant, actionable information presented in a short time frame. The only criticism is that there was so much information each presenter squeezed into each presentation that they talked VERY fast. Great job!

The facilitator was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, provided relevant examples and kept the class interactive. Additional reference materials, like books from expert authors and sample tools would have made it 5 stars for me.

The facilitator, Meghan Hargrave was fantastic for the Strategic Workforce Planning training. She was energetic, positive, and continually engaged the audience, even though there was a lot of information to cover. The training I attended lasted 2 full days and although breaks were provided, I would encourage the training to extend past 2 days. There was a lot of information to cover and towards the end of the training the material tended to be rushed.

Relevant course content with opportunities to collaborate with other HR professionals for application of learning.

It was good. I was looking forward to more how to lead HR, strategically, setting the charter for the organization's HR function. The content was good, just not strategic enough in my view. It had great content, though.
