Great topic and good stats, not much in actionable content.

Presentations were good, but repetitive. I wish there were a variety of small group sessions where you pick which ones to go to and ask questions after the presentation is done. There is a lot of opportunity for collaboration on virtual platforms so I was hoping to see more of that. If keeping the presentation format, there should be more time for questions at the end.

I gave 3 stars to this presentation not because the information shared in the webinar. I think the presenter provided the audience with very good tools to ensure a smooth transition after Covid 19 crisis. I felt very offended with an initial comment made by the presenter in terms of the people who were laid off or furloughed. My interpretation to his comment was that people affected adversely by this crisis (being laid off or furloughed) was at cause of not being good employees. What we need now is people with emphaty and not passing judgement of the reason why we were laid off. I consider myself a great employee who put all my effort and worked 24/7 for a nationwide organization during 3 1/2 years. His comment threw me off and was no able to concentrate and listen the valuable information he was trying to share with us. If this was a mis-interpretation on my part, please accept my apologies.

Hi Rosa, Our apologies for your experience and my delay in responding. I wanted to get a note from our presenter to address your feedback.... My apologies for any confusion I might have created or offense given. I did not mean to imply that people who were laid off or furloughed lost their jobs for performance reasons. My point was that companies typically have not been laying off these employees who perform in strategic/critical roles (for example software developers or cybersecurity in tech companies). I certainly did not want to imply (nor do I believe) that people who have suffered layoffs or furloughs were in any way underperformed. I apologize for not making my point more clearly.

Good presentation but not a lot of new information. Good webinar for a foundational overview of employee engagement and remote working.

The instructor for the course was great! The information prior to the class and after has been lacking. The reminder for the class came the evening before the class date. There were no directions for how to get to the course materials (not entirely intuitive) and how they should be utilized before and after the course. The exam for the course was supposed to be loaded by 5/20/20 (for class dates of 5/12 & 5/13) and it is still not active. It is ideal to take the exam when the information is fresh. In a nutshell, the instructor was great, the support from HCI needs improvement.

Hi Jo, Thank you for participating in our course and sharing this feedback with us. We agree and sometimes, unfortunately, our pre- and post- course emails get stuck in SPAM folders. I will share this with Customer Support so that we can improve. Take care, HCI

I was disappointed that there were so many technology issues. I tried to be sensitive to the fact that Covid-19 has added a layer of complexity. However, HCI has offered virtual training of this nature for years. Overall, the content was very informative. The instructor was very pleasant. However, I thought that the instructor could have been more engaging. Although we did have breakout groups, our teams often felt unprepared to effectively execute the group activities. The class size was too large with over 70 participants. So, I believe this may be why the training lacked meaningful participation.

Hi Lisa, thank you for your review. Yes, we agree and we are improving our tech platform. We are sorry that the course didn't meet your expectations and we want to do better. We hear your frustrations with class particpation..Your class size with 35 particpants was one of our largest (it may looked like 70 because learners were dialed in with their phone and computer). I will share your feedback with our facilitators and instructional designers. Take care, HCI

It was good however will much better if: 1. Facilitator use the pointer and pin to write comments reflection and guidance during presenting slides. 2. Apply real examples and demonstrate examples step by step.
