I was hoping to have more information…
I was hoping to have more information on the implementation or case studies of how to start an internal mobility program. The data was nice to have but it left me looking for more.

I was disappointed with the content of this course. It was very basic and felt like an entry-level college course. The sHRBP course that I took was excellent, and definitely felt more advanced than the LDSS course materials. The technology was great, and the instructor was very knowledgeable. However, I did not feel like the content was worth the investment and was very disappointed.

The conference materials were nothing new. I don't feel like I really took anything away that was tangible for my business.

Hi, We are sorry that our virtual event didn't meet your expectations. I have sent your review to our event producers and sales teams.

Good content. As we adapt to virtual delivery I think there is an opportunity to modify the format. More break-out rooms, use of polls, encouraging video, virtual whiteboards, and more breaks between content delivery. The instructor also used the term critical in lieu of strategic. I understand why. However, now I must reference and re-purpose SWP material to align with the context of my notes.

Overall about 1/2 of the presentations had useful data to take-away and at least add value in discussion or implementation. I did not appreciate that the panel was largely made up of white men, I would like to see a more diverse representation in future. The morning video montages did not seem appropriate, also seemed to support a white male audience over diversity. Manpowers presentation was solely USA based data, so not as helpful for audience members outside of the US. The JobVite session was not helpful, barely more than a generalized sales pitch, I would have liked to at least seen some case studies. IMO the best presenters with the most relevant information were Greg Zlevor, Katrina Kibben, Michelle Labbe, and Amanda Reid. I wish Katrina was in a Cafe session to ask more questions, her presentation had a lot of immediately actionable information. Overall, I would attend again with a more diverse panel, not having any POC this year was missing the mark.

I felt the conference was a MAJOR let down in terms of representation. The VAST majority of the speakers were white men. I didn't see a single person of color present. It's really disappointing that wasn't a priority at all when preparing this event.

The conference was enjoyable and maybe a little above average for me. If I could give 3.5 stars, I would. I felt about half of the sessions were very valuable and I really enjoyed the presenters. I wish some of the sessions would have lasted longer than they did! I will say though, I was super impressed with the feel of the virtual conference in that there were little to no technical issues (minus the chat apparently) and enjoyed the video segments in-between the presenters and during the cafes (for those who didn't attend). I would attend this again, as I do feel like I got some good information and tangible action items to take back to my workplace. I'm glad I was able to attend!

I expected a little bit more like actionable-items, specific best practices linked to data, even a couple things NOT related to "covid is changing our world" (yes, it is - but there are also tons of other things going on). A lot of the presentations did have that aspect, however there were a few that left me thinking "what was the point of that?" I love learning, and devouring new information so that I can apply it immediately in the workplace and discuss with my colleagues.
