I really enjoyed this conference. I think each of the presenters did a nice job and I liked the format. I'm still not sure how to access the presentation slides and wish a link would be emailed to the attendees. I'm so happy we started at 11:00 am and 11:30 am both days. It allowed me to attend my department daily 9:00 am meetings and get things off my plate to fully enjoy the sessions. The breaks were timely too and gave enough time to check-in. Katrina's talk on constructing job descriptions was my favorite. Thank you, Marianne

This conference was amazing! I was impressed by the structure and organization of the conference. The speakers were highly skilled and open to sharing their best practices in meaningful ways. I have never experienced a conference so relevant and timely to my profession and I am truly inspired. I have learned a great deal that will assist me in sharpening my skill-sets.

Have really enjoyed the offerings and am on track for recertification.

i thought the conference was well organized with a variety of speakers and topics. I took a ton on notes. I also liked the in between stuff: opening motivational videos with cool music, the tree house and signature cocktail breaks. I feel like I got to know the MC. the speaker cafes were great because the ones I attended didn't have a lot of participants so I got to ask all my specific questions. Only thing was I was exhausted after each day. It was a lot of content in one sitting. I would consider breaking it up into 4 half days. I say that knowing the difficulties of doing this, keeping momentum and scheduling. I would attend another conference like this and will recommend it to my colleagues. David Rock, Miguel and Second City exercise were stand outs to me. but now I am looking at Day Two and realize there was some really good stuff there: Lou, the change topic and the work from home data discussion. as you can see, i felt all of it was relevant to what is going on in my organization and so I feel you did a really good job of selecting topics. Thanks so much. Also, I must say, it felt very intimate, which was cool. the speakers were relatable and had good virtual presentation skills (lighting, framing of themselves in the camera). this probably wasn't by accident. there were none of the typical distractions that you get with virtual, remote meetings. Good job whoever prepped the facilitators.

Really strong presenters sharing thoughtful insights and solid research. I always take a ton of notes at these conferences and return to the notes many, many times when I need inspiration. This was a good investment of time over two days!
