I really enjoyed the conference. This was my first HCI online conference and I appreciated that it was split over two days. I liked the 30-45 minute presentations and the interesting and thought-provoking videos that were shown in-between sessions. I look forward to attending more HCI conferences next year! Great job!!

Excellent Virtual Conference The experience provided real world scenarios and advice for HR and business leaders on tackling the uncertainty of the current state. The speakers were engaging and very thoughtful in their messaging. Great topics and I loved the cafe sessions where we had the opportunity to connect directly with the speakers. Nice work!!!

Great Class / Instruction / Information!

The HCI Change Management for HR was a great certification to experience. It’s clear they facilitate in a way that aligns with all Change Management models out there so that it’s extremely model agnostic. They managed to place more emphasis on effectively using the models with some unique human design concepts embedded. More over, the way they introduced roles in Change Management was extremely thought-provoking to the extent that I am re-thinking our team’s OCM approach.

I was very impressed with my class professor and his ability to deliver an engaging virtual course. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour which made it enjoyable. The materials and content provided were also very helpful and can be used beyond the course. I would recommend the Strategic Workforce Planning for aspiring HR professionals.
