HCI training is timely, informative and easy to access. I particularly like the availability of training if my schedule changes and I'm not able to catch the registered session.

I liked that you have included a lot of research to see what they really represent for employees and their companies. There were also many professionals with many years of experience who shared their experience with the participants.

The PAHR class was a great class and the instructor made it easy to understand the concepts, so that we could apply to the case study. Very interactive. I especially valued the review before the last session, given that there was two weeks of time between the last two classes. It was good to review the concepts before starting that last session.

The LDSS course was excellent!

Really enjoyed the class, and the instructor was both knowledgeable and motivating! My only criticism (and this is a small one, and very specific to my circumstances) is that the focus is very much on corporate HR, and not necessarily on Federal HR. That being said, the concepts are still very useful.
