HCI's two day courses DELIVER! I've attended HCI's People Analytics course and their Strategic Talent Acquisition course. Both courses had a wonderful, funnel-type approach with excellent exercises, solid recommendations, and action planning steps at the end of every major section of learning. Both also provided extra resources for further learning, and - if as if that's not enough - both provided me an opportunity to network with other students so I can continue my learning and development long after I've finished the course.

I really enjoyed the two-day, virtual learning session for the Coaching for Engagement and Performance (CEP) certificate program. The content and flow were easy to follow, the facilitator was engaging, and the various perspectives from the learners in different industries was very impactful. I highly encourage anyone looking to build their individual and/or organizational coaching effectiveness to consider HCI’s CEP certificate program.

This two-day program was the perfect length and was jam-packed with information. I think the most informative aspect was being able to connect with other leaders to share ideas. Rebecca, our facilitator, was engaging and made the class enjoyable.
