Content was not to the level expected in one of the webinars I attended. The content was basic and was more of a reminder than tips on how to communicate with employees during these difficult times.

The content was a good reminder/refresher of "change management principles" applied to today's COVID-19 issues. I thought the "Change Intelligent Analysis & Action Planning Tool" was really helpful and I plan to use. Presenter was very knowledgable and a strong presenter of the materials.

I think the facilitator (Cindi) made the experience great for me. I learned alot from her and the other participants. I think for the price of the class I was disappointed to have materials printed in black & white, the design errors and lunch not being provided. Being a learning professional this was the first time that I attended a paid class that I had to find lunch. Other than that, it was a great experience!

It was great, I would have liked more step by step process on how to analyze roles and to implement strategic planning.

The concepts are explained with flow charts which is easier to understand. Latest trends explained.
