Only saw 1 day of the conference, but I was engaged and really appreciated how interactive and international it was. Loved the music. and the speakers.

This Inclusive Diversity conference was great, given the sudden switch to completely virtual. I think having short feedback surveys after every presenter would be useful for cultivating the program for next year. I appreciated the different types of recipes and music played during the breaks, in addition to the insightful TED Talks. Overall, it went pretty well.

I thought some of the content was excellent. Would have liked to see more leaders who were people of color, as well as some more accessbility--e.g. captioning, although I realize that's difficult in live video. Perhaps transcripts after the fact?

Overall great program. I experienced unfortunate technical difficulties getting connected. The support team was very helpful getting me into the conference. Thank You.

A nice overview of talent acquisition with lots of great materials to help build a robust team focused on all aspects of recruitment.

Overall Programs have a good mix of hands-on learning with real world case examples.

In all the program was good. Learning objectives received. The instructor was capable. The facility was well laid out and comfortable for a two day training. The take material was lacking. Presentation material without added notes can be of minimal value one month after the class. While I have significant experience in this subject, I did walk away with the hoped for 1-2 key learnings. I however struggled with answering the certification questions "correct" from my experience or "correct" to pass the exam. I finally after just missing the exam passing the first two attempts, on my third attempt took the certification to pass and then easily passed.

This has been a great source for SHRM/HRCI credits AND for my professional development. I have watched many great webcasts from HCI. The only reason I gave a 4 rather than a 5 is that some of the webcasts have had content that leans more towards sales pitch than meaningful learning. The number of webcasts with valuable content well outweighs the others though.
