Content was GREAT, loved the facilitator. Technology was a bit challenging. Breakout rooms were awkward. We were put with the same people all day, some couldn't hear or could hear but not say anything. It ended up being me and one other person making all the input for our group. Might have been better to have one case study we could walk through the SWP process from A-Z

The training and materials are all very good. There was a little too much theory and not enough practical framework for implementing a leadership development plan, but overall it was worthwhile.

The virtual conference was planned, with only minor technical difficulties. The attendees were able to engage via a chat box and share questions. Most of the speakers provided information to help with framing diversity work and/or implementing in some cases. Great job overall!

Great topics and speakers. Insightful and engaging. Look forward to receiving all of the materials promised. Only thing to do differently was the short break for lunch - would have preferred a longer break and extend the end time a bit. Many thanks!!

Great Virtual Conference This was my first virtual conference experience. Kudos to HCI for a job well done. I thought the conference was well thought out, planned and executed. The content was rich and very relevant. The presenters were great and I appreciate that their presentations were about 30 mins long which felt good especially from a virtual perspective. Love, love, love the creativity that went into the planning (e.g. music videos and cooking demonstration); made it that much more engaging! Again, very nicely done. Thanks HCI for a great virtual conference experience!

This was my first virtual conference and overall it was really good. The speakers were fantastic, and the "commercial breaks" with a mixture of music and TED talks was great. The session with the audio issues could have been cancelled and replaced with another speaker or with an extended break as there was great content shared but it was a bit frustrating to not be able to effectively follow the verbal portion of the presentation.

The virtual conference was excellent. The speakers were dynamic and the information was practical and applicable. It would be great to have more time to discuss/collaborate with peers, but other than that, the experience was excellent.
