Workforce Planning Certification class was helpful in understanding the foundation of WFP. The instructor used plain language that aided in my learning of complicated subject matter.

Great course! I had so many take-aways, it was well worth it. As always, you get out of it what you put in - so interaction is key!

The class was informative, and the resource center has plenty of good material. The class handouts were very interesting. It felt as if the class was less about strategic and more about team building/ molding and growing. It would be good for Plant and operations managers as well. I believe that the 6 week duration was too long. it may be better accomplished by a 2 week session since its hard to recall what was learned in the previous weeks. Instruction was good and did a good job including everyone with zoom tasks.

I enjoyed the course very much and the instructor was very knowledgeable and had many real world experiences as examples while presenting course content.

Bill was a fantastic host! Our team watched separately but had a group chat via Microsoft Teams. We loved his cocktail from the backyard. :) Day 1 morning was an absolute home run!!!! Day 2 was a little lack luster, but enjoyed the conference overall.

I generally enjoyed the range of speakers and experts chosen to come together and provide insight during this critical time. My favorite speakers were Katrina Kibben, Chris Bailey, Steve Rudolf, James McCoy and Amy Reid. I'm excited to view the presentations I missed when they are later posted. I thought this was hosted well and the technology was up to par and easy to navigate. I enjoyed hearing the conversations, chats and cafes in between. I would certainly attend this again and attend more workshops in this format with these or like speakers.

I commend HCI for quickly transitioning your conferences from Live events to a virtual format. The login was simple and you addressed technical issues (such as the Chat room not working) quickly. Most of the speakers were absolutely amazing and had a lot to offer. They also have quickly adapted to this new virtual world. There were a few speakers however, that had good information to offer but just were not quite as engaging as others. I do certainly feel like I got my money's worth and I appreciate everything you have done to continue to offer great content!
