the only thing I think you could do better on, is finding a pad that is not to thick yet thick enough to work, and long and short ones, also this may help take two pantyliners put them together and one at the end of another and that would be what I'm talking about.

customer service is good, as is prompt delivery service. What I don't care for is their lack of quality options in the incontinence products. I often have to use two tab diapers or pull ups at a time on my son (Prevail and SleepOvers), whereas with a better quality product one would suffice. Over the long and the short run, the better quality products (like Depends and Goodnights) would be more cost effective.
