You were stars until the last delivery. You promised, in advance thereof, that the incontinence diapers for my invalid daughter (severe epilepsy and can't walk) would be increased by one pack of 20. They were not increased, so we had to obtain a supplemental supply for several days. This increase is supposed to be carried forward, but I don't have confidence it will. Accordingly, I plan to contact your sales people to again arrange for this increase. On the plus side, your packages always arrive on the date promised.

I have 3 ladies who we use Home Care Delivered for, and we have had nothing but positive experiences. The callers who check on whether we need more supplies are polite, friendly and helpful and our orders always arrive when we are told they will. A great company!!!

The process of renewing orders is very cumbersome. HCD does "robocalls" to the house, but then there is no one on the other end when we pick up. This happens repeatedly. We then have to call the company during their business hours to get someone live. Then they ask how many diapers/day, how many you have on hand, and then they conclude to send the same number of packages that they always send. Staff is always very polite, when you get a live person. We should be able to automate the whole process. But the spam calls to the home phone have got to stop- very intrusive!
