I had an extremely hard time getting started because HCD kept contacting my mother instead of me. I don't know how they got my mother's phone number to begin with but I kept calling and leaving messages and I talked to representatives several times and told them to stop contacting my mother. HCD continued contacting her, to say the least it was very upsetting. Now that this issue was corrected (I hope) I am very happy with my first delivery and product, just need to tweak it a bit and it will be great. It will be so nice not to have to go to the store and purchase these things.

From the first day I called and talked to hcd they were understanding and very helpful and listened. They did paperwork and my order was delivered within a couple of days . Thank you much hcd

Fake reviews - after my experience I am inclined to think these are fake reviews. I called on 06/15/20 explained that I need supplies in 10 days T1D. I gave them all of my information including the direct fax# to my PA. Called back multiple times. 06/24/20 on the phone right now with non customer service and I have been told "not my department you need to call back tomorrow.” Don't trust your life with this company they have a great looking website but they don't really care enough to call you back when your life depends on it. I'm using Solara now. It is disgraceful to treat chronically ill people with such disregard knowing they could become extremely ill or potentially die because of your actions. Shame on you my busine$$ is going elsewhere.
