Friendly phone calls, fast service after my dr faxed back the papers...got plenty of items but I did think it was going to be all the same item, I thought there would become wet wipes and stuff too but it was all pantie briefs...good product though

My experience with HCD was nothing but perfect. When Shona called she was very professional and had great respect for HCD. After taking my order she told me to expect delivery within a few days to a week. With Covid19 I expected a delay, however within the week I received 2 boxes with 7 packages of underwear. The fit is spot on. And everything went as Shona said it would. I'm so happy I saw HCD on TV and took your phone number down. Thank you HCD and Shona.
