This was our first month. We were very frustrated with our previous company. Home Care Delivered got us everything we needed and on time! We are happy to be able to manage it online during our own time and not having to get through on the phone to someone in the office between 9a and 4p when we are also working!

Having difficulty getting status of my order. The item was backordered some time ago. My order is due to be delivered and, right now, I don't know if it's even coming.

I had been with a supplier for 20+ years when I needed to place an order for my diabetes supplies. Due to some incompetence with getting authorizations for the new year (something they had done many times in the past with no problem) there was a delay, so I had to use extras which I pay for out of pocket (my emergency stash). With no end in sight and an additional issue with each phone calI decided to find a new supplier, and HCD was recommended by a device trainer. Things are okay, but there have been a couple of instances of delays which I knew nothing about until I called to check on something. They needed additional authorization which required info from my doctor, and had I known earlier I could have contacted my doctor on my own to get it sent. Recently they called a number requesting info but it was not even my doctor's office! I was hoping things would go more smoothly given that we're dealing with life saving medical devices and supplies, and a part of me wishes I had stayed with my old supplier. Thankfully I make sure I have that emergency stash - especially since my insurance only allows a 30 day order! I just wish I didn't have to dip into it as much as I have since I switched over just the start of this year. Was hoping for more.
