Very good staff, accurate,quick, and polite. Everything they send me is good

I have 2 months calling and talking to your representatives about my mom's supplies not coming in the full amount. One time they keep blaming the doctor and another times they keep blaming the insurance. 6 times I have called within these two past months. The last time I called you guys, was two days ago and I was told the same old story "that today we got the doctor's prior authorization and tomorrow we'll send to the insurance". When I reached out to the doctor a month ago, I was told that they had submitted the prior authorization. When I reached the insurance they told me it is you guys who had not sent them the papers. The problem is still unsolved and I am being thrown like a tennis ball. How would you feel if you were in our shoes? In addition, I am paying from my own pocket for my mom's pull ups and pads because your employees neglect to do their job. My mom is 80 years old, bed bound with lots of health issues.Instead of making it easier you are making hel life and ours more difficult. She needs help and you are not providing any of it!

We have used this company since 2019. Their service has been excellent. Timely notifications and ship dates. Oh, most importantly, their products are great.👍

I've noticed that some underwear itch me, just depends on what they look like. Some are thicker than others.

Delivery not made and no explanation. when I called someone told me that my Doctor would not release my medical information because I missed my last appointment and haven’t been seen in 6 months? I had an appointment coming up in 2 days so to make sure I go so my Doctor will release my records. I talked with my Endocrinologist and she said that she never told Home Care that? It was my Insurance company denying to pay for the supplies unless I see my Endocrinologist? Why did Home Care lie to me about what happened?

Packages consistently not sealed well. They are delivered either lose and opening or completely opened. And this is not just the taping but also the gluing at the bottom of the box.
