Responsive and easy to work with. I don't really have much to compare them to but I've had no real complaints so far and have been using them for a couple of years.

What I need when I need it!

The easiness to refill script. Also very timely with the shipping too.

I have been with Home Care Delivered for a year now. I have had nothing but issues. Every single month there is an issue with my order being shipped out. It never comes on time. I run out of my product every month. Luckily I have Taunya who is wonderful and always goes above and beyond to help me. Anytime I call Home Care Delivered I get the run around and told I’m waiting on a prior authorization and it takes 2 weeks to hear anything, but they will call me back by the end of the day. I never hear anything back. Ever. So I just call Taunya every month because there is always an issue getting my order. I’ve been sent the wrong product I know 2 or 3 times. So I have to box it all back up and send it back. A couple of months ago they sent me 2 months of supplies in one month. So because of insurance purposes the extra month had to boxed up and sent back. For the very next month I had issues getting my order. When i already had it and had to send it back. It’s been a very stressful year dealing with this company. In the year I’ve been a customer I’ve never received my order with no problems, there has been an issue every single month.
