Home Care has been great about delivering on time. Notifications are sent about when to reorder and when the products ordered will be sent out and delivered, and they are always accurate and on time. There are also several ways to reorder: you can call, email, or text. I like that I have these options. Thank you.

Diaper supplier HCD is using has some quality control issues with the particular diapers my daughter is getting. I have called and mentioned this before to HCD and Carewell (the supplier), but neither has ever followed up with me. Some diapers seem to lack sorbant material. This leads to extra usage and more waste, and we run out of diapers before our next supply. A lesser issue, just an annoyance, is that the waistband glue is wet when some of them are packed. This causes the band to stick inside when folded and we have to unstick things without ripping the band. The glue bond is rarely strong enough to rip the waistband, but it has happened. Carewell has also forgotten the diaper rash cream several times in the past, but has been there last few times. It is supposed to be 2 tubes every time. That is not as big of a deal as the diaper quality control though. HCD order process has been smooth though, and HCD actually answers the phone when you call them. That's always a plus these days.
