Home Care Delivered is an excellent place to get all your medical supplies from because they deliver them on time. If you have to call them staff is very professional on the phone and they treat there customers with care. Overall I’ve had a great experience with Home Care Delivered and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Getting established with HCD was very difficult. Lots of back and forth and incomplete paperwork. HCD claimed pediatrician was wrong, pediatrician claimed HCD was wrong. I had to speak to a manager and essentially say enough is enough, I need my order. Since that phone call, all has been well. My order ships regularly and there have been no issues. I would be nervous if my order ever changes again…

My husband had to wait 2 additional days and when I called for assistance she was very rude and did not offer any options. Never mentioned what she could do only stated what she couldn't do. I hung up on her because she so focused on what she couldn't do and her unwillingness to help was very disappointing. Makes me 2nd guess why I should stay with you. Plus my bill increased and I got pushed off to my husband ins company. So very disappointed. Never had a problem until this months delivery.

FedEx is still continuing to deliver 4 small boxes 📦 into a bigger box 🗃️ which still hasn’t been addressed and this has been going on for months and I’m not the only that has complained about this issue

I am confused by the names Home Care Delivered and Independence Medical. The HCD is on my emails, however, the medical product delivery notices come as Independence Medical. Can someone clear up my confusion, please. Great products and customer service.

Reminders come in a timely fashion, and so do the shipments. I am concerned for the sake of this company that my current insurance does not cover this service. However, I belong to a religious organization; our Treasurer assures me that the cost is covered and that I don't need to drop this service.
