The ladder has been a blessing to our house. We use it a lot and especially sturdy for us big guys over 300lbs. You couldn't find a ladder of this value for $100. Great investment.

Seamless - no problems. Awesome product. Performs as advertised.

Love this ladder. Came just in time to put up outdoor Christmas Decorations. I feel much more secure climbing the ladder with side rails. I am a little puzzled by the fact that the platform that holds tools does not lock in place.

The order came on time. The step ladder 5 step is great but I think it weighs more than 25 LBS.

Ordering and delivery was great. Bought as gift, so can’t comment on item.

Finally rec'd 12/12/22. EZ assembly. Great price.

The order process was easy. Emails were sent updating the order also making sure the customer was happy with the product and service. The product was properly packaged as well.

Item was much needed by me, came fast, very sturdy, I feel safer climbing on this ladder. It can be a little cumbersome to move around. But safety is my first priority.
