This was my first time ordering a product from this company and their personal email responses were a nice touch and very thorough. I was impressed about how quickly my order was processed and shipped out, and the tracking service of the status of my shipment was very helpful! The sandals that I ordered came in great condition and even faster than originally projected. It was a win all over!

a major online retailer sent me wrong size and gender item and I paid more. so I returned it and ordered from HBCSurf instead. got exactly the item I ordered at a better price. thank you, I will be a return customer when I need more

I purchased a wetsuit from HBC which was not available in my area in the size I needed. I got a coupon from HBC for 20% off, paid no shipping and not tax and received the suit in about 4 days from the time I ordered. The suit was as ordered, no blemishes and is what I needed. I would purchase from HBC again should the opportunity arise.
